Isprava designs and builds luxury villas in Alibaug, Goa, and The Nilgiris. These bungalows or vaddos are for those who seek to purchase a getaway home away from home. Truetype designed and curated the print and digital brochures for these villas in Goa and Alibaug.

The visual language was an editorial approach with graphics and elements changing depending on the idea of presentation. The highlight of each location and project became the design language of its brochure. The estate in Mandrem boasts a varied topography and it was highlighted in the design for the same. Another villa in Moira, Goa had cashew trees around and the design took an illustrative approach to show the trees. In Siolim, their home was surrounded by lush greenery and the winding Chapora river which became the highlight of the design.

Although these are sales brochures for potential clients and buyers, they were curated as lifestyle magazines with every detail the homeowner needs.
